The Biannual Get Involved Foundation Community Engagement Award recognizes high school students for their meaningful service work and dedication to improve their local communities. Applications reviewed on a rolling basis.

Iris Li
Iris is a 10th grader at Jefferson High School. For her project, she founded Superposition Daly City to empower and engage females in the STEM field. Read more here.

Armita is a junior at Alexander Mackenzie High School who combined her love for economics and teaching to create a camp for personal finance. Read more here.

Hannah initially joined Get Involved as an intern to teach kids to code. Now she is on the board and helps out on a variety of projects like the curriculum, website, and blog.
